Princeton Greens is a welcoming residential community of 144 townhomes and single-family homes, located in West Windsor Township with the distinction of a Princeton mailing address. Nestled between Canal Pointe Boulevard and the scenic Delaware & Raritan Canal, our neighborhood blends natural beauty with exceptional convenience. The HOA was established in the early 1980s, and the community is now fully built out, with the final home completed in 2025.
Ideally situated just minutes from downtown Princeton, Princeton University, and the Princeton Junction train station, Princeton Greens also provides easy access to MarketFair, Windsor Green, and the many shops and restaurants along Route 1.
We take pride in our beautifully maintained landscaping, tennis courts, two playgrounds, and open green spaces. Residents also enjoy the advantage of belonging to the highly regarded West Windsor-Plainsboro School District, consistently ranked among the top school systems in New Jersey.
Princeton Greens HOA is professionally managed by RCP Management Company. All homeowner and resident requests should be directed to our manager Mr. Al Pellegrino, ARM, CMCA, AMS, via the Homeowner Portal or apellegrino@rcpmanagement.com / 609.683.7980, ext. 421.
The Homeowner Portal, managed by RCP Management Company, offers residents a convenient way to access and manage their association accounts. Through the portal, homeowners can update payment details, submit service requests, and download key documents such as the Bylaws and Declaration.
For any issues accessing the portal, please contact the Management Company directly.
Our low monthly dues of $200 support landscaping, general maintenance, and the ongoing care of shared community amenities.
Our community is governed by a five-member elected Board of Trustees. Board meetings are held bimonthly, typically on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM. Homeowners receive notice of each meeting at least two weeks in advance. All Board decisions are formally ratified during open meetings. Between these sessions, the Board may also convene informal work sessions for discussion purposes.
The Board oversees the Landscaping and Architectural Committees, each composed of homeowners appointed by the Board President with the consent of the Board. Both committees serve in an advisory capacity, providing recommendations to the Board.
Community events are organized independently by individual homeowners and are not directly managed by the Board.
The annual community picnic is typically held in October.
The community features two tennis courts and two children's playgrounds for residents to enjoy.
We encourage all residents to get involved with Princeton Greens HOA and help make a difference in our community. Whether it's by volunteering for a committee, attending a meeting, or simply staying informed about association news, your participation is valuable and appreciated.
The Association does not maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook or Nextdoor. However, many homeowners participate in the Friends@Princeton Grns WhatsApp group. To join, we recommend reaching out to a neighbor who is already a member. Please note that this chat group is not affiliated with or managed by the Board or the Management Company, and all content shared within it should be considered unofficial and non-confidential.
